Existing NC DMV customers (those who have a valid NCDL or DMV-issued ID) can make voter registration updates online.
SBE Voter Registration Forms
Voter registration forms - for new registrations or updates - can be completed on SBE forms. Fillable forms are available online or in our office and can be returned in-person or by mail.
